Participating Organization Program

The Carry the Vision Community Nonviolence Conference welcomes participating organizations who share in the vision, goals and commitment of this conference to make a positive difference in our community and our world.

Participating organization benefits include all of the following:

  • Listing as a participating organization on the conference web site
     
  • Listing in the conference program, with a one line description of their services related to nonviolence, and their contact information
     
  • Table space at the conference to display informational materials about their organization
     
  • Personal presence at the conference through volunteers who are identified as representing their organization
     
  • Invited to send a representative to the pre-conference keynote and presenter breakfast

Participating organization requirements include all of the following:

  • Engage in outreach promotion of the conference by announcing through their normal avenues of communication (web site, newsletters, e-news, etc) and distributing conference flyers or e-mail announcements
     
  • Support of the conference through providing volunteer service prior to and/or the day of the conference
     
  • Enroll ten paying conference participants (the participating organization may decide to provide ten scholarships for conference participants)
     
Participating organizations will receive regular updates via e-mail about the conference program and opportunities for direct involvement through volunteer service.
